#36: He Breaks His Leg in 2014 on the Set of Star Wars in England
In June 2014, he broke his leg during filming of Star Wars: The Force Awakens at Pinewood Studios in England. The injury occurred when a hydraulic door on the Millennium Falcon set malfunctioned.
Production was temporarily adjusted while he recovered. The incident received widespread media coverage due to the scale of the film and his long-standing association with the franchise. He later returned to complete filming after rehabilitation.
